Verification pipeline
Caregivers submit licenses and certifications for admin review. Identity and risk clearance runs through Socure RiskOS Advanced Prefill Hosted Flow (not a traditional criminal background check) and is tracked to approval or follow-up. Status is visible to patients for verified items.
Visit accountability
Bookings move through clear states: requested, accepted, in progress, completed. Check-in and check-out flows create a record families can reference later. Visit notes document what occurred during the appointment.
When something goes wrong
Report safety concerns or misconduct through Contact. For immediate danger, call emergency services first. We take reports seriously and may suspend accounts pending investigation.
Data protection
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege design for staff tools. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.
