Caregivers submit licenses and certifications for admin review. Background checks are submitted through the platform and tracked through approval or follow-up. Status is visible to patients for verified items.

Visit accountability

Bookings move through clear states: requested, accepted, in progress, completed. Check-in and check-out flows create a record families can reference later. Visit notes document what occurred during the appointment.

When something goes wrong

Report safety concerns or misconduct through Contact. For immediate danger, call emergency services first. We take reports seriously and may suspend accounts pending investigation.

Data protection
