2. Match with the right caregiver
Browse caregivers who fit your schedule and skill needs. Profiles highlight experience, ratings, and verification status. When you’re ready, request or confirm a booking window.
3. Book and pay securely
See pricing before you confirm. Payments run through the platform so there’s a clear record for you, your family, and tax documentation where applicable.
4. Stay informed through the visit
Follow status from request to check-in and completion. Visit notes and updates help everyone understand what happened during each appointment—especially when multiple family members are involved.
5. Adjust anytime
Update care plans, emergency contacts, or recurring schedules as needs change. Cancel or reschedule according to the policies shown at booking time.
