ZivaraCare uses artificial intelligence ("AI") technology, specifically Anthropic's Claude models, to assist with generating care plan suggestions, visit summaries, and related care coordination content (collectively, "AI-Generated Content").

AI-Generated Content is intended solely as a convenience tool to assist caregivers, patients, and their families in organizing and communicating care-related information. It is provided for informational purposes only.

You should always consult a licensed physician, nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about medical care, medications, care plans, or health-related matters. This is true even if AI-Generated Content appears to be specific, detailed, or authoritative.

Licensed healthcare professionals who use ZivaraCare should apply their independent professional judgment when reviewing any AI-Generated Content before acting on it or sharing it with patients or families.

AI systems, including the models used by ZivaraCare, have known limitations:

• Errors and hallucinations: AI models can generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information. Care plan suggestions or summaries may contain errors, outdated information, or fabricated details.
• Lack of full context: AI models process only the information provided to them. They do not have access to a patient's complete medical record, full clinical history, or real-time health status.
• No clinical training: AI models are general-purpose language models, not clinically validated medical tools. They have not been trained as or approved as medical devices.
• Regulatory status: AI-Generated Content on ZivaraCare has not been reviewed or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority as a medical device or clinical decision support tool.
• Bias: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data, which could result in suggestions that are inappropriate or less accurate for certain populations.

AI features on ZivaraCare are powered by Anthropic, PBC, an AI safety company. When you use AI features, certain data (such as care notes and visit descriptions) may be transmitted to Anthropic's systems for processing.

We take steps to minimize the personal and health information sent to Anthropic, but some data about care situations is necessary for the AI to generate relevant content. For more information about how Anthropic processes data, see our Privacy Policy — AI Processing Disclosure.

By using AI features on ZivaraCare, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will review all AI-Generated Content critically before using or acting on it.
• You will consult a licensed healthcare professional for any clinical or medical decisions.
• ZivaraCare and Juze Technologies Corporation are not liable for any harm arising from reliance on AI-Generated Content. See our Terms of Service — Limitation of Liability.
• AI-Generated Content does not constitute a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, or clinical assessment.
